Meet the Team
Kevin Scribner
Kevin Scribner is the founder and licensed contractor of the company, bringing more than three decades of experience in luxury construction, remodeling, and restoration. He comes from a family deeply rooted in waterfront luxury homebuilding, with his father building high-end homes for over 30 years. Kevin began working alongside his father at the age of 12 and spent more than 15 years in the field as a hands-on craftsman.
During those years, Kevin learned multiple trades firsthand, including framing, concrete, block work, tie beams, drywall, roofing, painting, flooring, and trim carpentry and cabinetry. He was trained under an old-school, northern craftsman mentality where workmanship, precision, and pride in the finished product mattered above all else.
Kevin obtained his first Florida state license in 1998 as a flooring and drywall contractor. He later became a licensed commercial and residential contractor, specializing in high-end remodels, additions, and new construction in waterfront communities throughout Southwest Florida, including Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, and Siesta Key.
Eight years ago, Kevin relocated to South Tampa after recognizing a growing need for true craftsmanship in the local construction market. Today, he works throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, and surrounding areas, bringing the same level of detail, accountability, and experience to every project.
Kevin's role focuses on structural integrity, permitting, scheduling, and overall execution, ensuring projects are built correctly and built to last. He believes quality construction comes down to experience, discipline, and refusing to cut corners.
Founder
Field Operations Lead
Chase Scribner
Chase Scribner is the owner and field operations lead of the company and the son of Kevin Scribner. He oversees all remediation and restoration work in the field and leads projects hands-on to ensure they are completed correctly. While the company operates under Kevin Scribner's contractor license, Chase holds the mold remediation and assessment licenses and is responsible for the execution of all mold-related and clean-air services.
Chase began working in construction in his early teens alongside his father and grew up in a family rooted in luxury homebuilding. That hands-on experience, combined with formal education in biology and state-required mold licensing, gives him a strong understanding of both how homes are built and how environmental issues impact indoor air quality. He has spent more than six years in the restoration industry and has operated independently for over four years.
In addition to his mold licensing, Chase holds certifications in dry-out services, contents processing, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, and OSHA safety. His construction background allows him to approach remediation with precision, removing only what is necessary while protecting high-end finishes and materials.
Chase is known for his hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and focus on identifying root causes rather than temporary fixes. He specializes in high-end and luxury homes and believes craftsmanship comes down to care and doing the work right the first time.
Born and raised in Florida, Chase understands the local climate and its impact on indoor air quality. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family and friends, and he brings that same sense of responsibility and care into every home he works in.
